As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations throughout the clinic.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm,
Potential Fridays: 8:00am - 3:30pm

Experience:
- Previous Dental Office Experience (REQUIRED)
- Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental software is highly desired.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and inputting of dental codes an asset.
- Previous dental office management experience (Preferred)
Receptionist Duties:
Greet patients and visitors positively with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Verify insurance coverage and assist patients and staff with billing questions.
Maintain patient records and update electronic records.
Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
Managerial Specific Duties:
Oversee the daily operations of the practice and front desk.
Handling patient complaints and conflict resolution
Contributing to the planning and implementing of team/company events
Onboarding and scheduling of team members to ensure a smooth process.
Creating and implementing office policies, guidelines, and procedures, ensuring team members are aware of them and executing them accurately.
